First, check the tracking number provided to you in your confirmation email. If it shows that it's been delivered to a:
-rental property: check all over the house (closets, garage) and ask the property manager. Shipments can get stuffed in a closet by the previous renters or land in the manager's office.
-hotel: Tell the hotel the name of person that signed for package (tracking info you were given) and tell them it was delivered and give them the address. It could be at a different reception area in the hotel or be with a manager.
90% of the time there's a shift change at the front desk or property management firm and your kit will be right there waiting for you. If your tracking indicates it's delayed, contact us and we'll work with FedEx to figure out what's going on.
