There are a few steps you can take to verify that you've got the right size wetsuit.
1) Follow our instructions for putting on your suit.
2) Once in your suit, move around. Try walking, making a swimming motion with your arms, moving your arms across your chest, swinging your legs back and forth, and gently sitting down.
3) Assess the feel. Does the suit feel tight, uncomfortable, or pinch very lightly in places?
Yes: Good–odds are this suit fits. Neoprene loosens in water, so slight discomfort should go away as a thin layer of water fills your suit and it stretches slightly.
No: You may have excellent tolerance for discomfort or the suit may just be too big. Check your suit for bagginess, air pockets, or places where it hangs. A little bit is ok, a lot means more drag on your swim.
If your suit is baggy enough to make you look like a flying squirrel or so tight you can see you appendix scar, email us at help@kitlender.com, chat with us on our website, or text or call (888)473-3111.
