Why is my payment not being accepted?

When checking out, KIT LENDER may reject a payment for one of the following reasons:

• Incorrect CVC 
• Incorrect ZIP
• Invalid card or account number
• Declined by issuing bank

If you are unsure why your card is declined, please contact KIT LENDER for more details - 888-473-3111 or email [e-mail].

Please take the following steps to update your payment details:

On the payments page, select the button "Change Payment Card". Update the CVC or ZIP to the card and click save. 

If this does not work, please try a different card or contact your bank for more details. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is successfully placed.
