You're probably already following a training schedule, but it's easy to forget about the little details that can make your race. This means practicing your stage transitions with your equipment (stack workouts to practice your transition from swim-to-bike and bike-to-run. It's another reason to give yourself enough time with your suit before a race. With a few run throughs you'll find slow spots that can usually be fixed with a few quick tricks and keep you moving (hopefully ahead!) of the pack come race day.
