What does the temperature rating on your sleeping bags mean?

Temperature ratings are based off the minimum/coldest temperature the sleeping bag will safely provide warmth and comfort. Our sleeping bags are "3 season" bags (excluding winter) with models like The Cats Meow rated for 20° / -7°C or The North Face (35°) meaning these bag would maintain warmth to 20° and 35° respectively--but fortunately the weather doesn't need to be that cold to comfortably use either of them.

*Remember to keep your sleeping bag dry; a wet or damp bag significantly decreases a bag's heat retention.
