There are several ways to return your package, but we HIGHLY recommend dropping it off at a local FedEx ship center (NEVER use a drop box).
You can also schedule a FedEx pick up.
To schedule a pickup, find a secure location for your box (such as the front desk of a hotel), call 1.800.GoFedEx (1.800.463.3339) and follow the prompts to “schedule a pick up using a label or stamp.” You'll need:
- the address of the secure pickup location
- the tracking number on your return label
- a way to write down the confirmation code FedEx will provide you.
We recommend writing down the confirmation code the FedEx agent provides you (or replying to any of our emails with it). This confirms a FedEx pickup was scheduled and will help us track your package if it doesn't make it back to us. This can help avoid late fees if there are any issues during the return process (i.e. FedEx unable to pickup or hotel misplaces package).
