I lost my box or damaged my box. Now what?

Did you open your KIT like a kid on Christmas? If your box becomes unusable or your pre-paid return label goes missing—don't worry! You can usually get a new box from your hotel free of charge or purchase one at the FedEx store when returning your KIT.
