Returning your KITs is easy!
- Keep the box when your KIT arrives
- Make sure all items are returned. Please refer to the provided packing slip for a list of items received. You will be charged for missing items. Contact Customer Service if any items were damaged or lost - things happen! :)
- Check all pockets!
- Put everything back into the box and use provided packing tape to seal the box
- Place pre-paid return label OVER the old label
- Drop the box off at the nearest FedEx Store (NO DROP BOXES) or call FedEx for a pickup at 1.800.GO.FEDEX. You have until noon the day after your final rental day to return the box to FedEx.
- IF STAYING AT HOTEL, leave the box with the front desk and schedule a pickup at 1.800.GO.FEDEX
- DO NOT LEAVE AT DROP BOXES
- DO NOT schedule a pickup at a rental property. You are responsible for all gear until it is with FedEx. Please drop the box at a FedEx store if staying at a rental property.
