Look up your tracking number from one of your confirmation emails from help@kitlender.com
- If your tracking indicates it's delayed, contact us and we'll work with FedEx to figure out what's going on

IF DELIVERED TO HOTEL
- Explain to hotel that it is a FEDEX package
- Brown box with black and green KIT LENDER sticker
- Tell them they are NOT looking for skis or gear - it is a FEDEX PACKAGE
- Give the hotel the following information from the TRACKING NUMBER:
- Name of the person who signed for the package
- Date and time it was delivered
- Address it was delivered to
- Name on the LABEL
- Other pertinent info on label, i.e. res #, itinerary, confirm #
- Tell the hotel it is generally left at the front desk, but could be in luggage, room, shipping department, or sometimes with the bell staff.
- Explain to hotel that it is a FEDEX package

IF DELIVERED TO RENTAL PROPERTY
- Check all over the house (closets, garage) and contact the property manager. Shipments can get stuffed in a closet by the previous renters / cleaners or land in the manager's office. Common places may be a laundry room, mud room, or garage.
- Call the property owner and describe the box

- Where do packages typically get left? Is it in the management office?
- Check with the neighbors or nearby units in case FedEx accidentally dropped it at the wrong unit

IF DELIVERED TO A FEDEX STORE
- Check TRACKING # - Does is show "PENDING PICK UP"?
- If so, it is there. Call the store directly or go to store and show them your tracking # and delivery details (who signed for it, date/time it was delivered)
- Check TRACKING # - Does is show "PENDING PICK UP"?
