We monitor every shipment and do our best to account for potential weather delays, however, there are many FedEx service delays and circumstances beyond our control. It is your responsibility to also monitor your shipment with the tracking link provided in your confirmation email to ensure your order is on schedule. Sometimes orders can also be delayed if the shipping address is entered incorrectly - see secure shipping.
