How can I update my shipping address?

You can update your shipping address by replying to your order confirmation email with the address you'd like to use (please let us know you've confirmed it's secure). Alternately you can text [phone] or email your update to [e-mail] with your order number.

If your order has not  shipped we will make the update and send you confirmation.

If your order has  shipped, we may be able to reroute it with FedEx however there is a charge of  $19.95  associated with the change of address and it may cause a delay to the delivery.

The delay could be up to 48 hours so we would not recommend making this update.
